What I think should have happened...
With over 80% of the pupils, Bishopbriggs High should have 'taken over' the smaller school.
The council had to ask the Scottish Executive for permission to amalgmate. They used roll capping to adjust the school rolls. If the larger school Scottish Executive advice was followed we would have....
