Thomas Muir pupils send home for dry clothes...

Reports reaching this site suggest that on Friday pupils, visiting shops at Woodhill during a break, were soaked to the skin.

Some changed into their Gym kit while others were allowed to call home for replacement clothes others were sent home - see comments.

If you have any further information please use the comment option below.

I don't know how relevant this is, but my sister told me that some kids, when they found about the school sending them home, went and soaked their clothes in the girls toilets, so they could get away.

I don't beleive that it was only raining at Woodhill, so what happened to the pupils that got wet at the Bishopbriggs High Site, did they also get sent home?

Probably did what they always do at town centre sheltered in Library, at Morrisons or under canopy at Triangle Unlike Thomas Muir site where cover at shops is non existant
